Short-term Corporate Package

Rates starting at $175/week + 10% comm. of all event expenses

This package is ideal for the corporate entity or small business that wants to expand on a pre-existing program/project, have a small and concise event, or has members of an internal team that can be very hands-on throughout the event planning process.

After evaluating your desired end-results, objectives, and event scope, our team will set to work creating a proposal for the various elements we can take off your plate.

Suggested support in this package includes (negotiable, depending on event needs):

  • Event timeline and checklist

  • Event budgeting advice

  • Venue selection and guidance

  • Venue floor plan and diagram

  • Event registration creation and maintenance

  • Vendor communication, consultations, contracting, and booking

  • Vendor follow-up and confirmations

  • Invitation, program, personalized “thank you” cards (on request)

  • Event advertising/marketing consultations

  • Curated speakers/program/honoree gifts

  • Personalized event details for your event (swag items, branding where applicable, etc.)

  • Day-of registration maintenance and creation

Full-scope Corporate Package

Rates starting at $500/week + 20% comm. of all event expenses

This package is ideal for bustling or young companies that desire to delegate event planning needs off of their already busy schedules. It is also perfect for companies outside of Oxford, MS that may not be as familiar with the vendors, or locations and suitability of venues in the area. They also have not had an opportunity to establish rapport with local purveyors they will need to execute an excellent event on a large scale.

Time frame commitment to be determined on individual basis and outlined in the contract after evaluating your desired end-results, objectives, and event scope. Our team will work with you to create a proposal with a fresh outlook on your company’s mission as you envision showcasing it through your event.

Suggested support in this package includes (negotiable, depending on event needs):

  • Event registration creation

  • Event eblast creation

  • Event website creation

  • Day-of event management

  • Event timeline and Day of timeline

  • Agenda/schedule/run of show creation

  • Event budgeting

Rates starting at $250/month

Elevate Event’s team specializes in conferences, fundraisers, and competitions. If you are looking for a partial “retainer” type of situation with guidance on how to organize a large scale event, develop processes, organize tabulation and registration, or develop forms and spreadsheets, we can help you with all the minutia. Rates are negotiable based on the needs of the client, weekly time commitment expectations, and the length of services needed.

Partial Event Planning Package

$3,750 + 10% event expenses

Brides that want more personal event involvement or have a shorter timeline for a wedding will find this package attractive. A few elements are expedited and budget for expenditures will be discussed heavily, due to a shorter period for planning.

  • 6 months of consulting and day of management

  • A condensed version of the Full Package break down.

Honeymoon Package

$750 (if only service), or $400 (as an add-on with another package)

Month-Of Planning Package (Social or Corporate)

$2,000 + 10% event expenses

  • 1 month of consulting and day of management

  • All negotiations and contracts must be finalized and fully booked before our company’s involvement begins.

  • All contacts and day-of schedule and planning by our company with Vendors and Vendor meetings is required 4 weeks prior to event day.

  • This category is ideal for corporate entities with a less detail-focused event or brides that have most of the details ironed out. Whether you are an entrepreneurial upstart or Fortune 500, hosting a retreat, conference, honors banquet, recruitment dinner/reception, or branding event in an unfamiliar town can be challenging. ELeVaTe will use their personal networks to find the best options for your group in a budget conscience and trendy way. Brides that have more involvement will find this package attractive. This is a highly encouraged option over Day-Of, as the relationship can develop and a bride’s personal preferences and flair can really come through the hands of the event team.

  • Business launches, chef show cases, fundraising events, bridal showers, graduation parties, rehearsal dinners, etc.

Day-Of Event Planning Package

$1,000 = 10% event expenses

  • Day of management, two meetings before hand to discuss flow of event day.

  • This is a great option for parents of a groom planning a rehearsal dinner or brides on a budget organizing a wedding reception.

  • All negotiations and contracts must be finalized and fully booked before our company’s involvement begins.

  • All contacts and day-of schedule and planning by our company with Vendors and Vendor meetings is required 2 weeks prior to event day.

Intimate Party Package

$750 + 15% event expenses

  • Birthday, bridal shower, baby shower, lingerie party, senior prom dinner, retirement party, fundraising reception, graduation dinner, etc. or other qualifying events as determined by ELeVaTe.

  • Unique, hands-on approach that is a co-collaboration of ELeVaTe, the client and the vendors for putting together a small one-day function. ELeVaTe takes the stress off the client by lending professional networks and expertise to make a seemingly small event an unforgettable day.

  • Rehearsal dinners, Weddings of any size, banquets, galas, and events over 150 guests excluded from qualifying for this category.

 

Full Event Planning Package

(below is a Wedding example, but this package can be tailored to other events)

$8,000 flat rate + pre-decided gratuity

  • 1-year of consulting (unlimited number of meetings, maximum 2 meetings a month)

  • This is the ideal package for brides or parents of a couple interested in hiring a local professional handle their entire event needs. If it is not on this list, just ask.

  • Event Day coordination and management
